  • Automatic measurement of water level converted into flow and electrical conductivity at the outlet of a 1st order catchment along specific vegetation catena (fallow, forest, bush savannah). The catchment is constituted of hillslope and a bas-fond. For small stream, calibration of the stage-discharge relationships is made by stream-gaging surveys using a wading-rod (velocity-area method). A value = 9999 stands for a dry gully.

  • Capmes is an instrument capable of measuring the water level and the concentration of suspended matter in rivers with a time step going from one measurement every hour at low flow to one measurement every 2 minutes during a flood. The instrument, designed by IPGP, is based on the use of a LISST-25X optical sensor (Sequoia Scientific Inc.) [Limare et al., 2010; Lajeunesse et al., 2011]. The latter is incorporated in a complex hydraulic and electronic system controlled by a datalogger. As a result, it functions as s stand-alone instrument capable of 1) performing long surveys with a minimum human intervention and 2) acquiring data even under extreme climatic events. This instrument was developed and tested during a 1.5 years field survey performed from June 2008 to January 2010 on the Capesterre river located on Basse-Terre island (Guadeloupe archipelago, Lesser Antilles Arc).

  • Data of meteorological and soil physics measured on Frasne peatland in two stations (frn/bm1 and frn/bm2). Measurements start on 06-11-2008 and are regularly updated with new data. The measured parameters are: Air temperature (°C), Air pressure (mbar), Precipitation (mm), Relative humidity (%), ShortWave/LongWave outgoing/incoming radiation (W/m2), Photosynthetic photon flux density incoming (μmol/m2/s), Wind direction (°), Wind speed (m/s), Soil temperature (°C), Soil water content (%), Soil heat flux (W/m2), and Water table depth (m).

  • Monitoring rainfall at the DMN station in Cotonou for climatological reference. NB: Negative values are missing values. Negative value other than -9999.9 is missing value estimated from the bucket. For a period with such missing data, although the same value is indicated for each timestep, the value applies to the whole time period.

  • Data of 2 piezometers collected at Frasne peatland. Measurements start on 06/11/2008 and are regularly updated with new data. The measured parameters is : Water Table Depth (WTD) in meter

  • Data of type bacteriology measured on Le Lez (Méditerranée) basin within the framework of the MEDYCYSS observatory, that is part of the KARST observatory network. The KARST observatory network aims to strengthen knowledge-sharing and to promote cross-disciplinary research on karst systems, in the framework of the OZCAR Critical Zone network Research Infrastructure. Data consist in 8 time series on 4 station(s). The measured parameters are: Escherichia coli (CFU/100 mL), Total coliform (CFU/100 mL). Measurements start on 21-10-2008 and end on 16-12-2018

  • Measurements of meteorological variables. Measurements are integrated on 30 minutes time step. The different levels are in ascending order (level 6 = highest, level 1 = lowest)

  • Data of type climatology-meteorology-atmosphere measured on Le Lez (Méditerranée) basin within the framework of the MEDYCYSS observatory, that is part of the KARST observatory network. The KARST observatory network aims to strengthen knowledge-sharing and to promote cross-disciplinary research on karst systems, in the framework of the OZCAR Critical Zone network Research Infrastructure. Data consist in 20 time series on 8 station(s). The measured parameters are: Air relative humidity (%), Air temperature (°C), Atmospheric pressure (cm), Atmospheric pressure (mbar), Dew point temperature (°), Precipitation amount (mm), Wind direction (°), Wind speed (m/s). Measurements start on 22-09-2008 and end on 12-05-2022
