Data of type pedology measured on La Mosson basin within the framework of the MEDYCYSS observatory, that is part of the KARST observatory network. The KARST observatory network aims to strengthen knowledge-sharing and to promote cross-disciplinary research on karst systems, in the framework of the OZCAR Critical Zone network Research Infrastructure. Data consist in 6 time series on 1 station(s). The measured parameters are: Soil moisture (%), Soil temperature (°C). Measurements start on 14-07-2008 and end on 20-03-2013

Sensible heat and radiation fluxes; meteorological variables; soil moisture, soil temperature and soil heat flux over a fallow bush (Bira).
-
Sensible & latent heat, CO2 and radiation fluxes, meteorological variables, soil moisture, soil temperature and soil heat flux over two different land cover types, a herbaceous fallow (Nalohou) and a clear forest (Belefoungou).
-
Sensible & latent heat, CO2 and radiation fluxes, meteorological variables, soil moisture, temperature and heat flux over two typical land cover types (fallow and cultivated millet).
-
Soil moisture and temperature profiles (0 - ~2m) in various soil cover types and in presumed preferential infiltration zones: millet, fallow, gully, vegetated and bare soil areas in tiger bush.
-
Soil moisture, temperature and succion profiles (0-~3m) along three catenae. Each catena is covered by a different vegetation type : herbaceous fallow (Nalohou), shrub fallow (Bira) and dry forest (Béléfoungou). On each catena, three stations are distributed on top, middle and bottom of a hillslope.
